So they were running a promo at 50% off so I decided to give them another try. I'm glad I did and now I can upgrade my previous review. This time the food was flavorful and medium spicy was almost at the level I'm expecting Indian medium to be. We got few things: chili chicken, naan, aloo paratha and chana saag. Everything was good, fresh and hot. Portions were also big so we had two dinners out of it. Nothing can beat Pink Garlic but I'm adding this place back on my list for Indian places to order from.

It's not the best Indian food I've ever had, but it's not bad. I got the chicken Madras it was good I like it spicy so I went hot. The the wife goes with the paneer Tikka masala mild and said it was good. They did good with the spice level thought. I really liked the garlic naan, and the big fat onion bajis. Takeout was quick, and there's no indoor dining at this location The meal was a little expensive, but I'll be back, Indian food is my jam ;) and this is probably the best and closest place to my house.

Great spot for take out. Service is always prompt and the food is delicious. My go to is the chicken vindaloo and my husband loves the butter chicken.

Ok...so I just discovered that this is not the first noorjahan-there are eight others. So they just opened here & I'm glad they did. It's in a strip mall right off Woodward & Square Lake-it shares the plaza with others such as Cold Stone & Starbucks. So on to the food. This place is strictly take out or delivery. We ordered takeout and it was ready in 25 minutes. For our meals we ordered the Tadka Daal and the Panner tikka masala with added vegetables. The Tadka daal was something we took a risk on, we thought it would be excellent because it's described as a house speciality. This was a soup like consistency, indeed tasty but nothing I would order again unless I wanted soup. The paneer tikka masala was excellent! Rich , smooth and tangy sauce with vegetables we don't think we've seen before. The naan was ok, but the peshwari special sweet naan they make is good. I grilled it up a bit because I prefer my naan a little more well done, and it was divine! I really liked it as a sweet treat. I'll def be back to try more. Glad there is a quick Indian option here!
